I didn't design this program from theory. I built it from years of my own training logs — workouts tracked in detail, patterns identified, what worked kept and what didn't discarded.

The five session archetypes in this system are the five movement patterns I kept returning to. The progressive loading structure is the one that consistently moved my lifts forward. The conditioning format — E1M, one exercise per minute — is the one I actually finished instead of skipping.

I added the Stoic layer because it changed how I trained. Not as decoration. As a framework for showing up on the days when you don't feel like it, pushing past the set you want to quit, and building something that lasts longer than a 6-week challenge.

This is the program I wish I had when I started training seriously.

E1M Conditioning

Every 60 seconds, one exercise. Do your reps. Rest for what remains. One timer, no complexity. 12–16 minutes that are harder than they sound and finished before you want to quit.

Progressive Loading Built In

Reps decrease week by week — weight goes up. Weeks 1–3 establish the pattern. Weeks 4–6 load it. Weeks 7–8 test what you've built. No guessing when to add weight.

Stoic Principles, Every Session

Each archetype opens with a Stoic principle applied directly to that day's training, and closes with a reflection prompt. The mind gets trained in the same hour as the body.
